Picture of Mario Lowther

Mario Lowther

Aged five, I put big words on paper scraps into a word box and bemused everybody with the definitions. Aged nine, my mom couldn’t find a babysitter, so she and her boyfriend took me to a revival of Psycho. 53 years, 300+ songs, 70+ short stories, five novels and two feature-length screenplays later, I’ve learned that writing sucks, but editing is glorious. And my fifteen (so far) publications in The Lorelei Signal, Imaginarium, Abstract Jam, and Corner Bar Magazine, among others, content my goodly wife that I’m not just up in our British Columbia Sunshine Coast attic goofing off.
